Partner Service Agreement


A Person/Company that wishes to establish a partnership and affiliation to our travel agency hosting will be provided with a basic training/seminar and access to our basic travel agency tools with common/shared access. Once the payment is received and established, the Person/Company will be deemed as a “Partner”.

To become a Partner, we would require a complete registration form through our events page or on our website along with the signed PSA (Partner Service Agreement) and a payment equivalent to the training fee unless otherwise stated on the package description.

We are responsible to conduct a basic 4-hr training as scheduled and grant the partner access to basic tools with common access. The partner can opt to join online simultaneously or request for a one-on-one online training. We will schedule the training within 2 weeks at the partner’s most convenient time during our normal business hours.

We reserve the right to create, activate or suspend access of our partners to the tools if any case the partner failed to adhere to the policies provided by our suppliers. Moreover, our suppliers reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the access of our partners as a result of a violation of their policy.

In cases where our suppliers deactivate our agency access due to violation, supplier business decision, closure of supplier, inactivity etc, we will not be held liable and will not be required to refund any amount in part of in full for any damages or unfulfilled promises as part of package disclosures. These include services and systems used for the free add-ons. We will make our best efforts to resolve issues with suppliers if necessary.

Reinstatement/reactivation will be subject to approval of each supplier.

We will not be responsible for all bookings, payments and cancellation penalties incurred by all partners.


Cancellation and Amendment Deadline:


No cancellations can be made 7 days before training seminar starts. A partner can notify us at least no less than 7 days before the training to get a full refund. For Premium Packages, partners are entitled to additional more online intensive training to be scheduled after the basic training. See our events page at for the training terms & conditions.


Each supplier has it’s own cancellation policies and deadline. For each service booked and confirmed, the Partner will be provided with a cancellation or amendment deadline along with the any cancellation charges that will apply if cancelled or amended after the deadline.

To avoid cancellation or amendment penalties, the confirmed travel component should be cancelled or amended before the date and time specified on the cancellation and amendment deadline.

Payments & Refunds:

Upon registration, we will send an invoice to the partner corresponding to the package chosen on our website or events page. We have a wide range of payment methods available for the convenience of our partners.

Partners are only entitled to a refund no less than 7 days before the training starts including online training, before access to the tools is granted or before any of the services stipulated in the packages has been started.

Rates and Currency:

Each supplier determines their currency and some offer the flexibility to change the currency on the system. While we strive and do our best to get Philippine Peso (PHP) as currency, there are suppliers that don’t offer PHP as system currency. We will not be responsible for any fees or cost associated with currency exchange etc. and partners are advised to take this into consideration whenever necessary.

Commissions, Discounts & Mark-ups

Most suppliers offer discount and commissions. Partners are entitled to many discounts directly offered by suppliers. Partners can add their markup on travel components that are net (non-commissionable) and those that offer commissions. For suppliers that offer commissions, partner can withdraw their earnings from us every 30th of the month AND upon reaching the required cap, following the supplier’s withdrawal policy.

Deposit, Payment Transfers, Withdrawals, Replenishments

Some tools require replenishment or load for the agency credit to function as payment options. In such cases, partners are required to send us the funds using the existing methods available. Any fees associated with the transfer of funds that are charged by the payment channel will be the responsibility of the partners. Moreover, to cover the cost of fees charged to us by our suppliers and system providers including messenger fees and withdrawal fee, the partner will need to pay us the following deposit fees for any replenishment, transfers and withdrawal of commissions.

Ultimate Partner – Php100/booking

Super Ultimate Partner – Php50/booking

Supreme – none

Withdrawal of Commissions

For some tools that offer commissions, partners are entitled to get their commission provided that they reached the earning cap of each supplier and applying the terms below: 

Expedia: Php2500

Viator: USD100


There will be a charge of Php100 for every withdrawal of earned commission from the system.

In order for us to deliver an exceptional support to our partners and to offer a wide range of systems and tools, we provide own and shared access to these systems. It is partner’s due diligence to take care of invidivual and shared passwords for smooth transactions.

About Free Add-ons

The free add-ons are provided on a promotional basis. We exercise the right to use third-party software or third party providers as deemed necessary.

Free website – will be created through WordPress and hosted by us for 1 year with unlimited business emails. Design and template will be similar to our main website with some customization on the sections and photos. If the partners want to host the site directly, no refund in part or in full will be required from us. Any other major changes to the theme, design SEO, promotions etc and customization requests will be subject to additional fees and subject to quotation. After 1 year, the partner can choose to keep the hosting and maintenance with us for Php10,000/yr or Php1000/mo (Ultimate w/ promo website & Ultra Ultimate) Php20,000/yr or Php2000/mo (Super Ultimate). The partner however can choose to cancel the hosting and transfer to another provider. Subject to its terms of use.

Free Unbranded IOS App – (optional) will be hosted for 1 year with a cap of 1000 active monthly users and simple design. The app should feature the “about us”, “contact us” and other customized pages. This is an app provided by a third party supplier hence, it is bound by the terms of use of supplier.

Free chatbot – (optional) we will create a facebook chatbot with simple flow. It should feature “about us”, live support, 5 featured tour packages and link to the website. Any customization request is subject to quotation and availability. Subject to its terms of use.

Free digital loyalty program – (optional) we will create a loyalty program for the partner and give access to the back-end. This add-on will be created using third-party software. Subject to its terms of use.

Free Attendance System – (optional) we will create your attendance & payroll system so that you don’t need to purchase other software or bundy clock for your company. Subject to the terms of use of the supplier.

Tax Filing and Bookkeeping Services – applicable for sole proprietorship company only. Should you start a corporation and you wish to avail of our partner’s services, it will be subject to their published rates.




The descriptions of travel components contained on our website, Facebook groups, tools etc are provided to us by the travel component suppliers and passed on by us in good faith. We do not check or inspect the facilities or services, which form part of any travel component. We accept no liability for the accuracy of travel component descriptions or details nor do we accept liability for any loss incurred by a partner in relying on the descriptions including changes in prices, customer complaints and any damage incurred by using the tools and travel products by supplier. However, we will do our best to provide assistance to our partners in resolving issues with suppliers as the need arises.

Onward sales:

Our agreement for the sale of travel components is with the Partner. A Consumer purchasing travel components with the Partner and not us (“Onward Sale”). The Onward Sale of travel components is the responsibility of the Partner. We do not accept any liability for Onward Sales to a Consumer nor do we accept liability for anything, which may go wrong with a travel component.

Force Majeure:

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or guest otherwise suffer any damage or loss, as a result of “force majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Credit Card Usage:

The Partner may use their corporate credit card or their customer’s credit card for making bookings. A customer’s credit card must only be used with expressed permission from the customer. The partner is responsible for ensuring that a genuine credit card is used for paying for booking.

We are not responsible or liable for any dispute between the Partner and a Consumer arising from the Onward Sale of a travel component by the Partner to a Consumer. If any claim is made against us following an Onward Sale by a Partner, that Partner will indemnify us against all losses, fees, expenses and costs arising as a result of that claim.

We are not liable to indemnify a Partner against any negligence, failing, fault or omission on the part of any supplier, owner or controller of any travel component.

We always, in any of these circumstances, do our best to provide alternative arrangements or refund any sum already paid unless the supplier is bound by contracts with their suppliers, which precede obtaining a refund from them to pass on to the client.

The Partner takes complete liability for any losses or damages arising out use of fake or stolen credit cards or from any chargeback. Using credit cards or debit card may result in paying additional merchant fees.

Business Permits and Requirements:

The Starter Partner shall be granted access to ZCHEDB2B portal pending the completion of the required business documents. The partner is required to submit at least DTI permit within 60 days from the activation of the access. Zchedulista reserves the right to temporarily deactivate the access of the partner to the portal for failure of submitting at least DTI permit within 60 days.

We are not responsible or liable for any failure of a partner to secure necessary permits or business requirements as required to operate its business. We will make the necessary efforts to instruct, remind and provide information to the partner regarding the business requirements before, during and after the training but it is the sole responsibility of the partner to comply with local business regulations.

Law & Jurisdiction:

Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach hereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with us or any of our partners shall be submitted to confidential arbitration, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
